How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want homeowners who contact Swedentrack Garage Doors to have a fair and honest experience. Please tell us if your experience fell short. This page explains how to raise concerns and how we handle them. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.
Concerns We Can Receive
You can write to us about:
- The handling of your phone inquiry or message to Swedentrack Garage Doors
- Our use of your personal information
- Website wording that seems wrong or unclear
- Conduct by a provider referred through us
Concerns About Provider Work
Providers in our network operate independently. They handle their own quotes, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with garage door work, contacting the provider directly is usually the first step. Keep a written record of the discussion.
Let us know about the problem too. Your feedback helps us assess honesty within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Swedentrack Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on the provider's behalf.
Details to Send
Email your complaint to contact@swedentrack.world. Include:
- Your name and contact information
- The date you contacted Swedentrack Garage Doors or the provider
- Which phone number or form you used, if known
- The provider's name, if available
- An account of what happened and the outcome you want
How We Handle It
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then examine the complaint and may contact the provider. Our reply explains what we found and any steps we are taking.
Asking for Further Review
If our response does not resolve your concern, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection agency, attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. Where the provider holds a license, the state licensing board may also be able to help.
